Kaity Goodwin was the 2022-2023 Take the Lead Fellow. Kaity graduated from Babson College in May of 2022 with a degree in business administration and a concentration in design, technology, and entrepreneurship. In college she was extremely active in her school community, helping to plan and execute a variety of events while also striving to diversify attendance and integrate inclusive practices into her campus community. She utilized her design and planning skills to create fun and engaging events and wanted to bring those skills to her future career.
She's enjoyed taking advantage of the unique opportunity to work with every Boston/New England team throughout the year. Some of her favorite projects include designing the beer cans and marketing materials for the Boston Pride and Dorchester Brewing Company special edition collaboration, working with Live Entertainment and Events at the Celtics during game days, hosting private community groups and tours with the Red Sox, creating and designing the Red Sox Foundation and Community Relations Impact Report, and participating in the wheelchair football clinic with the Patriots.
